These terms apply to the use of Mwafaka. By creating an account you accept the terms.
The service
Mwafaka is a tool for administering contracts, projects and organisations in film and TV production. The service is under active development, and functionality may change.
Account and responsibility
You are responsible for the data you enter, and for having the right to share it. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Signing
Signing in Mwafaka records who signed, when, and a hash of the contract content at the time of signing. The signature is a simple electronic signature (SES), not an advanced or qualified electronic signature under eIDAS. The parties are themselves responsible for assessing whether the signing method is sufficient for the individual agreement.
Availability
The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may make changes, perform maintenance and deploy updates that temporarily affect access.
Limitation of liability
Mwafaka is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or loss of data beyond what follows from mandatory legislation.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may terminate access in the event of a material breach of the terms.
Governing law
The terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are heard by Norwegian courts.
